This site is intended to have me share with you what has been so generously shared with me. I feel I have been blessed and privileged to have been exposed to many psychological, spiritual, and philosophical teachings and feel they should be shared with others like you. These teachings have offered me a practical form of living that nurtures peace and happiness through empowerment and sharing it is my way of recycling Universal Knowledge with others who feel out of healthy balance. Implementing this healthy mode of living into a lifestyle may be personally challenging for some because it is incumbent upon you to acquire the skills necessary to empower yourself for your healthy self best interest. When you are ready, you will discern when, how and what is most appropriate for you in your evolution. The lighthouse below will become symbolic if and when you are ready to change the direction of your life.

If you are ready and willing to further explore this site, you can develop an empowerment ‘box of tools’ that will work miracles for you and assist you with living more consciously in the present. Given my love of sports, I also welcome aspiring athletes who are interested in improving their athletic performance and feel they have run out of alternatives.
